1. Who we are
This website is operated by Amor Homeware ("we", "us"), a supplier of home organization and storage products working with retail, eCommerce and distribution buyers worldwide. You can reach us at sales@amorhomeware.com.
2. Information you give us
We only receive personal information that you choose to send us. This happens through two forms on the site:
- Enquiry and quote forms — name, email address, company name, business type, product interest, estimated quantity, target market, sales channel, customization requirements and your message.
- Newsletter sign-up (footer) — your email address.
You are never required to complete a form to browse the website. Product pages and the catalogue are open to everyone.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To recommend products, materials and packaging that suit your market.
- To arrange samples, production and shipping if you decide to order.
- To send product updates and market notes — only if you subscribed to the newsletter.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not run advertising or analytics trackers. We do not build a browsing profile of you.
5. Third-party services

We may also share your details with manufacturing partners strictly where it is necessary to quote or produce your order, and with shipping and customs agents to arrange delivery.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our accounting and export documentation obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see section 8.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry emails are delivered to a mailbox on our own domain and access is limited to the sales team. Please note that no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so avoid sending sensitive personal or financial information through the forms.
8. Your choices and rights
Write to sales@amorhomeware.com and we will, within a reasonable period:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is inaccurate;
- delete your information from our records;
- stop sending you marketing messages.
Every newsletter we send includes a way to opt out. You can also ask us not to use your details for anything other than answering a specific enquiry.
9. Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
