1. About these terms
This website is operated by Amor Homeware ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you have questions, contact us at sales@amorhomeware.com.
2. This is a business-to-business information site
This website presents our wholesale product range to trade buyers. It is not a shop:
- No prices are displayed and nothing on the site can be ordered or paid for online.
- Submitting a form is a request for information or a quotation. It does not create a contract.
- A contract is only formed when we confirm your order in writing, including quantity, price, specifications, delivery terms and payment terms.
3. Product information is indicative
We take care to describe our products accurately, but please note:
- Sizes, materials, weights and colours are shown as a guide. Small variations occur in normal manufacturing and between production runs.
- Photographs are representative. Screen calibration, lighting and the resolution of the source catalogue photography can affect how colours appear.
- Product specifications may be improved or updated without notice.
- Stock availability, minimum order quantities, lead times and prices are confirmed individually per enquiry, and depend on material supply and production scheduling.
Before you place a bulk order we will provide the agreed specification and, where you wish, a physical sample. Please approve the specification and sample as the reference for the order.
4. Customization, samples and intellectual property
We can produce goods under your brand — logo, colour, packaging and product adjustments. Where you supply artwork, trademarks or packaging designs, you confirm that you hold the rights to use them and you accept responsibility for any third-party claim arising from that artwork. We do not claim any rights over your brand assets.
Product samples, quotation sheets and technical documents we send you may be used to evaluate a potential order. They may not be passed to third parties or used to place a production order with another supplier.
5. Content on this website
The text, product photography, layout and design of this website belong to Amor Homeware or are used with permission. You may view, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating us as a supplier. You may not copy the site content to build a competing catalogue or present our products as your own without our written agreement.
6. Links to other sites
Where this site links to third-party websites we do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on indicative product information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects the rights you have under a confirmed order confirmation.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place where Amor Homeware carries on business, and disputes relating to use of this website are subject to the courts of that place. Where you and we have agreed a separate written contract for a supply of goods, that contract governs the supply and takes precedence over these website terms.
